What we collect

Right now, only your email address when you join the waitlist, plus a record of your consent: the wording you agreed to, the policy version, the time, and the page you signed up from.

Why we collect it

To tell you when Hemisphere Hearts opens, and to prove that you agreed. We do not sell your email address.

Your rights

You can withdraw your consent, ask what we hold about you, or ask us to delete it at any time, wherever you live. This includes your rights under Brazil’s LGPD.

Sensitive information

Hemisphere Hearts is not open yet and we do not collect sensitive profile details. Before we do, we will ask for your separate, explicit consent.

Changes and review

This policy is an early version and has not yet had legal review. We will update it before members join and change the version date when we do.
